Thoroughly enjoyable. Positive: The location of the condo was excellent for our purpose. We were able to drive to area events, restaurants, attractions, and shopping venues with ease. Watching the dolphins swing by the pier off the back porch was amazing. Negative: Our only issue was some items left by previous visitors, it took 5 minutes to correct and the host was very thankful. We did have a lady start to enter the condo on our last evening, said she wasn't aware someone was using the unit. Thankfully she encountered one of our lady guest and not us retired law enforcement officers.

The property was clean, very well stocked with everything we needed, and Rose was very easy to work with. The only thing I didn't rate as a 5 was the accuracy of the listing. The pictures make the unit look much newer than it actually is. It would be helpful if somewhere on the listing is states when the property was built and/or remodeled.

This is a great home to stay in. It had everything that was needed. Beds were very comfy! Everything was working great. We didn't want for anything. The location was excellent! Everything we wanted to do within a 5 minute drive in Rockport. There is a great porch to sit outside on and a dock for your boat. Would rent again when we return. Although we only had adults, there is a cute kids room in the home.
