Great location and clean open concept. Positive: Great property. Location was close to the beach. Quite area. Negative: A pool would be amazing at this location! There was a roach and water dripping from the ceiling. Seemed like unit might have been empty for a while? Overall nice location nice house. Little bit more then I wanted to spend especially to some comps in the area but still very nice unit. Also outdoor speakers but no instructions on how to use and fire pit was opened and didn’t work. All those things still didn’t make us drop our rating at all. Great place. Crazy booking.com takes $500 for “fees”
